A small shop big on service, based in Lawley Village, Telford. We are proud to be a rider focused shop with some great British brands such as Saracen, Genesis, Ridgeback, and Ragley along with rider focused brands like GT, Cannondale, Transition and Orbea.

Established in 2010 by Allen & Kate, based at the foot of the Long Mynd in Church Stretton we pride ourselves on being a small shop that’s big on service. Proud to be independent we have refined our bike brand mix to represent the rider owned and rider driven cycle brands. Cycle companies that focus on creating great quality bikes that put a smile on your face avoiding the big corporations with shareholders to please. Opening in Telford in 2016 and completeing the move in 2017 offering the same service in this growing community.

Our cycling community is paramount, so we do what we can to give a little back. That’s why we are proud to play a key part in delivering the Long Mynd Batch Burner MTB challenge event since 2013. We also work in partnership with National Trust to arrange regular trail maintenance sessions and promote safe and considerate cycling on the Long Mynd. We offer regular shop MTB rides, Ladies only Breeze rides plus a Junior rippers MTB ride during School holidays. We regularly get involved with delivering cycle maintenance training for DofE and youth and School groups.

Things remain challenging and we will continue to operate on a reduced capacity. Due to the size of our shop we cannot safely have staff and customers in store so as much as we need to make the most of the sales opportunity right now; safety will remain the number one priority.

· Doors open Monday to Friday between 10 and 2 for drop off, collection and counter service. Please respect social distancing guidelines when visiting the shop

· Only one customer/household group in the shop at a time. Please keep the entrance clear

· Appointments available at other times

· The phone remains on divert, please email, we will try and respond within 24 hours

· The website continues to operate for home delivery or click and collect orders

· We continue to service bikes by appointment only with demand outstripping our reduced capacity. We are still working through the waiting list for repairs and servicing, and we appreciate your patience

· Deliveries continue to be slow, spare parts are taking 3-5 days to arrive in store, this will effect repair turnaround times

· Following the recent increase in demand, many bike models are now sold out for 2020. Check the In Stock Now link on the website or drop us an email with what you are looking for.

We anticipate these restrictions to stay in place for as long as social distancing is fully relaxed. We also expect a longer impact on availability of bikes, parts and service lead-time as we continue to ride it out and keep everyone’s pedals turning.
