With the price of just about everything going up, the announcement of the retail prices for new Ebikes for 2023 across brands is no different and has produced some eye-watering figures. It is common to see basic specs with entry level forks, lower capacity batteries and a complement of own brand components on EMTBs pushing on for \u00a36k. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking at this trend, we thought we would have a look at the more subtle details of the Moterra Neo 3 and how it offers great value and ticks all the right boxes for a full fat E-bike. With a self-shuttle machine like the Moterra the bigger battery simply means more laps. Cannondale have spent the money in the opportune place here supplying the customer with the biggest battery available on a Bosch System. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Number 2 – Rockshox Yari Fork<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Yari ticks all the boxes of a modern and reliable gravity fork with its Aluminium 35mm stanchions, Debonair spring, Motion Controlled damping, low speed compression adjustment and ability to tune with tokens. The Yari is rated to take a 220mm rotor and if E-bike rated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Number 3 – Maxxis Tyres<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although no one is choosing their next bike based on the stock tyres, at \u00a3150 for a set of Maxxis tyres, it is not a cheap upgrade to do straight out of the box. The Neo 3 Comes with Maxxis DHF on the front and a Rekon on the rear.
